Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our sarees that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.

3. Pricing & Billing Integrity

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated shipping times are based on carrier transit and processing times. Free shipping is applicable on orders above ₹2000. Tilak Venture is not liable for carrier delays caused by weather conditions or customs processes for international orders.

5. Handloom Disclaimer

Please note that our products are handcrafted by artisans. Because they are handcrafted, minor irregularities in weave color, threads, and pattern are natural characteristics and should not be considered defects.

6. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
